Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Private airport transfers are not included in the price and cost EUR 45,00 for 2 persons, EUR 45,00 for 3 persons, EUR 55,00 for 4 persons. Internet access is provided free of charge. Use of the minibar is not included in the price. Baby cots for children aged between 0 and 3 years are not included in the price and cost 15,00 per person per day. Extra beds for children aged between 3 and 12 years are not included in the price and cost EUR 25,00 per person per day. Check-ins after 8 p.m. are subject to a surcharge of EUR 15,00 to pay in cash upon arrival. Check-ins after 10.30 p.m. are subject to a surcharge of EUR 25,00 to pay in cash upon arrival. CANCELLATION POLICY PENALTIES from the 21th day: 20% of the total stay will be deducted from the 15th day: 30% from the 7th day: 50% From the 3rd day: 100% no show: 100% of the total stay for non-agreed early departures you would be asked to pay for the night /s remaining. A deposit is also required. It's necessary to know your arrival time to avoid unpleasant waits. NO 24H reception otherwise 50 EU will be charged. City tax : Euro 2.00.- per person per night excluded.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 480 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
