we got at small room with only a small window - on your side there was pictures of som nice rooms wiht balcany. The pool was not very big and the location was quite boring! ... We only stayed at this hotel to go to Rome, we took the train from Tivoli di Bagni and that worked fine all thougt it took about an hour to get to central Rome. The area around the hotel is not worth mentioning!

Our stay was very pleasant, the room was spacious, with great views out of 3 sides. We were very pleased. As a matter of fact, this room was one of the best during our 23 day stay in Italy.
Also, the food and service was great in your dining room.
Thanks for a great stay. ... It is a beautiful facility. ... I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great hotel, beautiful environment. Good food in the restaurant, free parking space. Ideal hotel for a holiday in the beautiful surroundings of Rome with a (rented) car.

... Voir ci-haut

the floor in our room was very dirty. The staff was not very knowlegeable about public transportation or area attractions. The hotel was farther from the city than I imagined. the hotel was nice, but the neighborhood was trashy. The pool was not open late enough for us to enjoy and they closed it when they had a party. This is not fair to us as paying guests and our children were dissappointed. ... POOL HOURS ... Mostly a nice hotel but inconvenient

No need ... no need ... The pool needed some cleaning. There was much yellow residue in the bottom. ... We were pleased with the accommodation ... I would recommend it.

We were very happy to receive a suite for the price of the double room. This was already promised to us at the time of reservation and was stated in the voucher. ... The only thing that disappointed us was breakfast. We know Italians don't care much about breakfast, but a 4 star hotel with international guests should take into account that bread is essential for some people. There was a buffet with croissants, cakes, cereal and a very nice fruit salad, but no bread to go with the ham, honey or jelly that was available. Again, this may be an Italian problem rather than a problem for this specific hotel. Breakfast at other hotels during our holiday was not better, usually because there was no or not enough bread. ... The directions to the property should be more detailed for those arriving by car. There are signs but if traffic is very busy you might miss one or two so a route description which is more detailed than '3km from the exit Tivoli' might be very useful. ... A very nice and quiet hotel outside Rome, which is an ideal starting point if you want to visit the Villa Adriana, Villa d'Este, Castelli Romani etc.

Fortunately I had looked the hotel's address on a mapping website and saw the Imperatore was really in Villanova. Their directions were not very good either, but at least we found the right town and then the hotel. ... The room photos on the web site show rooms with rather elegant furnishings. We found the furnishings to be quite plain and basic. ... Hard to find-quite buried in a neighborhood even after you find the right town and street; adequate room; wonderful staff
