• At what time can we check-in and out?
  You may check in at any time. Check-in from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. at Via del Boschetto 91. From 4.30 p.m. to 2 a.m. at the Bar "Bottega del Caffè at 5, Madonna dé Monti (few steps away). For arrivals later than 4 pm, we must have all of your arrival information, including flight and or train numbers and schedules. Rooms will be ready by 1pm. If you arrive earlier than this, and would like to leave your bags at the reception, there's no problem. If it is possible for us to have your room earlier than 1pm, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee this.
  
  Check out is 10:30 am. However, if you have a late departure, you may store your bags at the reception.
  
  Our qualified staff is always at your disposal at the restaurant "Il Covo" in Via del Boschetto 90, to help you to have a relaxing and interesting holiday in Rome. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  An Italian breakfast is included in the price of the room. We also provide filtered coffee and espresso coffees (including cappuccino, caffe latte and mocha), hot chocolate, hot tea and fresh fruit juices.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Temperature controlled heating and air-conditioning are included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have different rooms at different floors with no elevators, since we are in ancient buildings.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, most of our rooms are off the street and very quiet. The general ambience of the B&B is private and intimate. If you are coming for a special occassion, such as anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, please let us know.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide crisp linens and fluffy terry towels (shower and face towels).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Not all the rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have TV but without satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All of our guest rooms are equipped with temperature-controlled air-conditioning. This is included in the rate of the room.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  We have a breakfast room in the restaurant where all of our guests have breakfast together.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking garage very close to us. The rate is 23 Euros per day.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Most car rental agencies have offices right off the via Cavour, which is within walking distance from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 20 km from the center of Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We offer shuttle pickup to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of people and amount of baggage.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The naerest bus stop is Via Nazionale.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is Termini, one metro stop away, or about a 10 minute walk away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Our location on Via del Boschetto is about one minute walk from the Cavour underground stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
