My flight was late so I was a little later arriving than arranged but that was no problem at all. The place was easy to find and a nice short walk from Trastevere station, which is convniently served by the train from the airport. ... The place is not fancy but was exactly what I was looking for - affordable, clean and convenient. It's a little bit down the road from the quaint touristy part of Trastevere (the immediate area was a little grubby) but right on the tram line so 10 - 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes tram ride to the cute touristy part.

The place is centrally located, spotless inside, and the receptionist was extremely friendly and kind. I loved the knock on the door for my morning coffee and croissant. I would recommend the place to others. An exceptional value! ... Exceptional value, clean, centrally located, great service

It took us literally 5 minutes to find the BB from train station Trastevere. The sign Il Sogno di Trastevere could be a bit bigger, but you will not get lost if you follow the instructions and check on the address. ... Me and my husband decided to visit Rome for our honeymoon. We had a lovely stay in Il Sogno di Trastevere. Marian prepared breakfast for us every morning and served it at the time we requested. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay. ... Very convenient location, close to train, tram and bus stops, many restaurants and cafes serving Italian cuisine. The BB and all services were brilliant.

A little hard to find as the building is a typical apartment/flat without any identifying signage. ... Very accomodating staff (Andreea), replied promptly to my pre-arrival email, spoke English, quick response to minor concern about shower. ... Great access to transit (train, metro, tram). ... Great value, good safe location with easy access to transit and therefore all the sights. An excellent experience!

I knew check-in wasn't until 2 p.m. but when i arrived first thing in the morning hoping to leave my bag and be on my way, they said my room was ready and I could go ahead and check into it. that was a very pleasant surprise. ... The staff was extremely helpful at all times and only after a few days, I felt like they were family! ... I was so impressed that they awoke at 4 a.m. to make sure my taxi was there. They were extremely accommodating. ... I think you should let people know that credit cards are not accepted. This was a bit of a shock to me but no problem because they told me immeditaley when I checked in. If they had waited until I checked out, it might have been a problem. ... I did describe this place to my sister and she booked a reservation there. It is a great value! I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

We took the wrong bus by mistake, which was very confusing, and ended up walking for a mile and a half with our luggage...but after we got there, Il Sogno was great. ... The staff was amazing - we felt very taken care of. ... There is a tiny sign out on the street so paying attention to the address is very important. ... Clean, newly decorated, friendly staff, and while at first it seems a bit tucked away, there is an excellent metro that stops continuously right out front.

We were met at the door and as the pram wouldn't fit in the lift, the guy carried the pram upstairs for us. They were very polite, friendly and helpful

Although the staff was very polite and helpful the level of English speaking ability was rather poor and made meaningful communication rather difficult. ... A good value B&B in a nice and quiet part of Rome with good access to the center. Very close to excellent restaurants and cafes with a very good atmosphere.

The directions on your website were clear, but did not mention that the train from the airport to Termini must be a 'local' train. We were not aware that our train wasn't making all the stops, and could not get off in Trastevere to walk to Il Sogno B&B. As a result, we were almost late arriving. ... Clean and comfortable. A very pleasurable stay. ... The website did an excellent job portraying the accommodations accurately. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was brand new and very nice. ... Cost-efficient, comfortable, and not too far from the sites.

couldn't find it as there is a very small sign on the house that says 'b&b', but everything else was good. ... room was clean and ok if you just need accomodation. problem in this b&b was, that you hear everything from the other rooms... ... it was not possible to leave luggage until evening in the accomodation! (no koffer safe!) which is annoying when you have an evening flight! ... yes, you should mention: no koffer safe available! ... not directly in the center and in the 'poorer' district of Trastevere, but clean room and ok for just sleeping

The B&B was an apartment and so not very obvious from the street. No sign outside other than the doorbell. ... THe room was very clean and pleasant. Noise from other rooms was a bit loud sometimes. ... Front rooms get fair amount of traffic noise. It is small and so there are no rooms other than the bedrooms themselves. No communal lounge as some people might expect. Very friendly and pleasant staff. Very relaxed. ... Close to the city centre but not too close. Good transport links. Places to eat nearby. Friendly, relaxed, simple and not expensive.

The road noise from outside was very noticable (police sirens, trams, buses), until quite late. ... Appeared newly completed. Basic, but clean, tidy and well-kept accomodation, with homely touches. Slightly further out than main Trastevere area but tram made it easy to get to and from. Road noise an issue for me (a light sleeper)

The receptionists (who were not Italian and seemed to be East European - so we didn't have a language in common)seemed only to speak the necessary English (no French, either) to just do their job as specified. Neither the gentleman nor the lady working there either knew enough English to help with general enquiries, nor knew their way around Rome as they hadn't been there very long - so could not help with directions of even the most basic sort eg how do I get into central Rome from here? (No idea of which bus/tram to catch etc.) The young lady was friendly and tried to be helpful but this limited English caused my stay to be less smooth than it could have been.
