On the first night we were disappointed by the receptionist. I asked for a pizzeria and he sent me to a restaurant which doesnt serve pizza. They obviously have a commission agreement between the hotel and this particular restaurant. ... Luca the receptionist on the last day of our stay was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. I think he was new. Well done Luca ... Breakfast is good but very basic. ... Very friendly staff, clean room and clean and spacious bathroom. I would recommend it.
