Splendid little hotel, just 150 metres from the Trevi Fountain, with a good restaurant next door and an English pub over the road!

One of the rooms on 2nd floor not so good had small visible damp patch on the wall above bed.Child staying in the room sensitive to damp as an asthmatic.
Reception staff very helpful in changing the room

Good Hotel and value for money>just make sure they do not have the room with patch of damp in! Concierge very knowledgable and recommended a couple of good restaurants.Location very cental near Trevi fountain.

There is one major negative issue: we asked for a taxi to take us from the airport to the hotel. That this would be taken care of was confirmed by e-mail.
There was, however, no taxi at the airport and a telephone call to the hotel did not resolve the issue.

The guest has left no specific comment, however has rated the overall satisfaction rate with a 62% score, his arival experience with a 83% value and his check-out with a 78% rate. | |

The air-conditioning in the hotel was not switched on during our stay in March (still considered Winter). The hotel staff did not inform me of this, and each time I requested that our room was made cooler, they said this would be done! They should have just told me the A/C was not turned on at all. The rooms were very stuffy and it was too noisy to open the window at night. This is really my only complaint. The staff should have dealt with this better.

Quick and easy checkout, hotel arranged transfer to airport and this was a good service.

Ensure that visitors know the A/C is only switched on in the Summer months.
