• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price. We do not serve breakfast but we provide our guests with special tickets for Italian breakfast (croissant and cappuccino) at the bar.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and Italian, of course!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and a lift but there are some steps to reach the lift, therefore the access could be difficult for disabled.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Garage available by arrangement.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (25 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do (extra cost).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Via Volturno (100 metres far from us).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (700 metres).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini subway station (both lines A and B).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
