• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in 13:00 - check-out 12:00.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price, it is a continental breakfast ( buffet).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are four floors in the building and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, we have two rooms with a little balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the rooms and it is seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a private garage, just in front our Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Yes it is possible, through our front desk staff.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  18. Roma Fiumicino airport is +/- 35 Km, Roma Ciampino airport is +/- 25 Km.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, by payment.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is in front our hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Roma Termini and Roma Tiburtina (1 km and half).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Line B - Bologna Station, +/- 10 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes (little dogs).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
