• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our large buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you wish.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 4 floors and we provided with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room has a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes,all rooms are equipped with sat/tv.Some rooms have also pay/tv.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes,there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all rooms are fitted with air-conditioning and there is no extra charge for this.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not but we have an agreement with a car park.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask the personnel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The international airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino are both at about 30 km far away the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is "Cavour", and it is just in front of the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is "Termini".
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stations are "Cavour" to catch the line B and "Termini" for the line A.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes,they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No,there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can surf the Internet only from some of our rooms.
