• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The room rate is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is. We serva an American buffet.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We are in a quiet area there is no problem for noisy.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, but most of the rooms do have a balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of the rooms do have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do. In all rooms is forbidden to smoke.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all the rooms have got a TV and some of them have also satellite channels, before the end of the year every one will got this service.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is an open air parking and a garage at guests' disposal.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Ask the reception. The best place to rent a car is at Fiumicino airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino and Ciampino are at approx. 30 kilometres far from here.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can organize upon request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is 50 meters far from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is at 100 meters (Stazione Gemelli), local trains. The nearest railway station for international links is Termini (4,5 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop are Battistini or Cornelia (red line A).
  
  From Cornelia you can take 994 and 446 busses and get off at Via della Pineta Sacchetti.
  
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there is a fitness center at approx. 200 meters far from us.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can. We offer wireless Internet access.
