• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is included with freshly made cakes, bread and fruit juices.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  It is not necessary. The bill can be paid on the departure day.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish, English and a little French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and there is elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have different types of room, according to our guests' needs. We can provide internal side rooms with a quiet location, away from the street.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only one room has private balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, every room has TV with 10 sat channels (six channels provided from SKY service).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Work in progress!
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, 250 meters: Parking Ludovisi.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Parking Ludovisi.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino (Along Via Appia Nuova).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we provide pick-up to/from Airport Fiumicino or Ciampino (1 to 9 people in same bus or limousine), cost is to be evaluated, according to the number of people.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Tritone/Fontana Trevi.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest Subway metro stop is Spagna (Line A) 2 stops from Termini railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No. Some rooms have a bath with Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  At the moment connection is not available inside the rooms. There is the possibility to use an internet connection from the reception hall plug.
