• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The generous buffet breakfast is included in the daily room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can. However, if you settle the bill on the departure day upon chek-out, eventual extras will be included with room charges, too.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Hotel Serena is on the 4th floor which can reached by elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are some quiet rooms and some overlooking the street; all the rooms are new with an imperial structure.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in all the rooms there is TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, in all the rooms there is a thelephone with direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning is in all rooms and we do not charge extra money.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but there some garages close to our hotel with very good rates.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Termini Station that is 5 minutes walking from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is "Leonardo da Vinci" Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Termini Station 5 minutes walking from here.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground is in Termini Station there are both lines A and B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we only serve breakfast, but there are some very nice restaurants in the area that we can raccomande you.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
