The hotel provides an awesome breakfast in a lovely 'roof-top' cellar cafe which just made the experience even more enjoyable for the entire family.

An enchanting experience and an incredible discovery in the center of Rome. You can walk almost anywhere in Rome from this location and the ambience of an 8th century building presented with 21st century amenities is a terrific combination.

Excellent choice for hotel. Very good, clean rooms and very conveniently located. All the major sites are within walking distance, as well as good restaurants. The staff were all very polite and willing to offer directions or suggestions if asked.

The staff were always helpful and friendly. The hotel was great and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of the city, great location. The next time I am in Rome I will plan to stay there again

It was hard to tell from the pictures on the website but the rooms were very clean and spacious (We had a triple room for our daughter)...From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We arrived early (10:30am) not knowing if we could check in early. They said they would be glad to store our bags until the room was ready, which would be about an hour..Much to our surprise when we actually got to the hotel, our room was ready early!

We found out we needed to leave a day early and asked if it would be a problem. Knowing full well that some hotels charge will still charge for the day, they didn't! In addition, we were needing LATE CHECK-OUT when we left because our flight didn't leave until that evening and they were very accommodating in letting us check out late AND storing our bags until that evening! We were willing to pay any additional fees for LATE CHECK OUT but they said it wasn't necessary...That's GREAT Customer Service!

Breakfast is good, but the basic cold cereal and bread..Perhaps state something about the CONTINENTAL Breakfast included so people will know its cold cereals versus something hot?? Although that was typical of every hotel we stayed at...We should have expected it..

Great Location for dining and people watching...Hotel staff VERY accommodating and willing to help. We especially liked the individual Air Conditioning Unit that we controlled, which was VERY (delightfully) cold when we arrived! Much needed during AUGUST when it's scorching hot outside after visiting the Forum! Our room had two skylights as our windows that opened and closed. We felt like we were on the inside cabin of a cruise ship when they were closed because it was completely dark when we slept in the AM...That was nice!
There are SO MANY little cafe's open at night all around this location. We could stay for 3 weeks and not eat at all the places we found near the hotel! Next time, we won't be the Kamakazi Tourists...We'll just eat and people watch!

The folks at the front desk, Cristina, Marc and Salvo were all extremely helpful and polite. They were very happy to assist me with all my requests during my stay. They arranged reservations for museums and restaurants (which were fabulous) without hesitation! Good people.

The hotel was charming, comfortable and the service was excellent. It's steps away from the Pantheon's front porch and in the middle of a vibrant, historic and artistic world. Architectural marvels, Caravaggio's paintings, Piazza Navonna with Bernini's fountains, the Jewish Getto and Campo di Fiori providing the feel of storybook Rome are all in walking distance with great restaurants, fantastic people and a vibrant taste of a different and compelling culture. Wonderful!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The young man who worked at the Front Desk in the evening was so helpful to us with directions and information and suggestions for restaurants. He was great!

The staff arranged for a private car to take us to the airport in the morning. The car was five minutes late but the Front Desk person was calling them five minutes earlier to make sure they were on the way. Check out was very simple.

My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel --it was central and one could walk everywhere.The staff bent over backwards to help us with our various request--it was a delighful place and if we went to Rome again we would certianly stay there.

We had multiple reservations that were a bit
confusing but all was handled graciously and

I had trouble getting Wi-Fi with my Mac. The
man at the front desk let me borrow his laptop
and deleted my Wi-Fi charge.

The hotel sent a car and driver as requested who met us at the airport. His English was good enough to give us an overview tour on our way in.

The hotel has a wonderful location for walking to many of the most beautiful parts of Rome, but the street is not especially quiet. We were able to close the shutters and slept quite comfortably, however, and the wonderful location was certainly worth the noise.

Perfect location - beautiful hotel with a very nice, comfortable room with terrific bathroom, staffed by professional, accommodating staff. And right around the corner from the Pantheon. I will stay there again if possible.

The third bed was in fact a pull out camp bed which when I enquired about the same before booking I was told that the third bed was the same as the two already in the room which was incorrect.However as the hotel was full we could not ask for an alternative.

The staff were particularly helpful and all their recommendations for restaurants etc were extremely good.We had a room to the front of the building though which proved quite noisy on the weekend nights and the night the Bins were collected!The Hotel was full so we didn't ask for a room change in the circumstances.

Hotel organised a taxi to take the five of us to the airport to save time at a very competitive rate.

All of the sights and buildings of note are reachable on foot and it would be difficult to find a more central position that gives you access to everything including shopping!

I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to Rome for it's location and service and for anyone who has been to Rome before as by Rome standards this is good value for money!

Very pleasant. Well-arranged transport by car from the airport to hotel. Only negative was that we arrived shortly after check-in and our room was not yet ready. We had lunch and came back.

Furnishings in the suite were good quality, but a bit worn and outdated in the suite. I would emphsize the quality of the staff - all were universally friendly and helpful.

Perfect location. Over 4 days we visited all the sights in Rome with 3 children (4-8 years) and never needed to take a taxi or bus. Plenty of good restaurants just outside your door. Hotel service is unobtrusive but always available and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet offered a good selection, particularly for a small hotel. Although not many rooms, the hotel does not 'feel' small as has good-sized lobby and breakfast room. The rooms are not five-star quality, but the diamante suite was large and quite nice for a family. If we go back to Rome I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was really OK.
One small problem: we got only breakfast till 10.00 o`clock. From 9.30 the break fast run out. It happend that there was no bread anymore after 9.30

A charming hotel steps away from the Pantheon- but protected from all the noise of the street. We were picked up from the airport by a helpful driver and received a warm greeting from the staff along with a bottle of champagne celebrate our recent wedding.
The hotel staff are very polite and accomodating.
Rooms were very clean, but could use a little sprucing up (rugs and bedspreads were a little worn).

We asked the hotel to book a taxi to pick us up from the airport. They said it would be 55 Euros. The driver then tried to fleece us for over 60 Euros saying it was the 'summer' price. They should use a more reputable company. We didn't use them to book taxi back. Other than that the trip could not have been more perfect.

We were very pleased with everything with the possible exception of the air conditioning in our room. It was extremely hot when we were in Rome so perhaps the air
conditioning was not equal to the task.

The breakfast buffet was really excellent as compared to the other hotels of the same type that we have stayed in. Also the hotel
was extremely quiet which we didn't expect in such a busy area.

Very helpful staff from the front desk, to the maids, to the breakfast service people. The service here is excellent.

Better toiletry items would definately upgrade your hotel. American clients expect them and would be pleased to find them in the bathroom. Use an Italian line of toiletries to promote local business.
Also, do you offer non-smoking floors? The smell of smoke does permeate the rooms and is not pleasant if you are a non-smoker.
