  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included in the price. We provide a buffet with fresh pastries,a choice of yoghurt, bread, cheese, butter, honey, chocolate and jam. We also have American coffee, espresso, cappuccino, caffe latte, hot chocolate, tea and fruit juices.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    We speak English, French, Spanish and Italian.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    In the building there are five floors and we have a nice old elevator perfectly working which is really something to see.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    All our rooms are private, romantic and quiet with soundproof partition walls and windows.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    No, they do not.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Two of our rooms do have a little balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    Yes, we do.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
    In each room there is a satellite TV set with international channels. In the Superior rooms we also provide a LCD Tv and DVD player.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes, there is.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    In every room we have temperature-controlled air conditioning.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    In the lobby we have a nice internet corner and in each room there is also a free high-speed connection to the internet.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes, it is.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    You can rent a car at the reception.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Leonardo da Vinci in Fiumicino is the nearest airport.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    Yes, we do.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    There are a lot bus lines running near the hotel so you can easily reach every part of the city.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Termini is the nearest railway station and it is located within walking distance from our property.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Castro Pretorio is the nearest subway stop (about five minutes walking distance).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, we do not have a fitness center in the hotel,but our Superior rooms are provided with whirlpool bath or shower box with Turkish bath Jacuzzi.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Sorry, pets are not welcome.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is not.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    In each room we provide a free high-speed access to the internet.
