Loved the hotel!!! It was clean and comfortable and in a great location! Breakfast each morning was superb! Will highly recommend the Hotel Medici to anyone visiting Roma!

A real 'find.' The hotel was in a fantastic location within walking distance of Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, as well as the train station. The hotel was clean, the room we stayed in was spacious and nicely furnished, and the breakfast was fabulous! This will be the only place I stay when I visit Rome in the future!

hotel Medici is old so it may be inconvenient for people with some kind of difficulty.(not universal design)

Excellent location, excellent hotel, excellent staff that go above and beyond for guests. Great Breakfast, quiet sleeping, big room for Rome, good bathroom, great beds. Nice sitting areas in and out. Use of internet for free was wonderful. Great restaurants right around hotel. Good shopping too.

Great value and wonderful accomodations for Rome. Usually that nice of hotel is much more expensive and yet it is an excellent location with taxis available immediately, bus close, metro close, and walking to some big places not a problem.

Great hotel, larger rooms that usualy for Rome, nice bathroom, good beds, free internet, small bar but nice, pleasant seating outside in garden, quiet, comfortable, great restaurants close by, roof top bar almost next door, transportation close, walking to some big places fine, great breakfast, and warm, helpful,friendly multi-lingual (English speaking) staff.

Much more positive than negative. Only negative was really bed comfort. Poor mattresses and pillows. Other than that the hotel exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again and recommend it to a friend

The person who greeted us upon our arrival was polite and knowledgeable about our booking arrangement thru RomeBy.com. He even ran up four flights of stairs to retreive the lift that someone had not closed properly so that we could use it to haul our luggage upstairs.

We had a great experience at Hotel Medici. The staff were always pleasant and coutious, and very helpful during our stay. The room was a bit small, but very clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided was perfect. I loved the location as it was a bit removed from all the big tourist areas, but close enough to everything by walking or Metro. Lovely restaurants across the street! I would recomend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome!

We arrived before noon which is when the room was to be availble, however it was not available until about 14:00.
Also, you should list the bus stops nearby (like XX Settembre) so folks could hop a bus at the Termini and get very close to the hotel.

Good bang for the buck, but there are others that are as nice and less expensive. I would still stay there again with no hesitation.

Internet connection wasn't working but I don't think this was the hotel's fault and was related to new Government legislation.

The room was single as I requested, however it was smaller than I expected, and overlooking the street, it was a bit noisy. I would still use your services, though a bit in advance booking would have been better of course.

The receptionist was fairly polite, but not friendly at all.

The receptionist was not helpful when I asked about the log-in password for their wi-fi. She first said I didn't need a password and then when I asked again, she gave me a password. The room was very small and I had to ask someone to turn on the electricity in the room.

The room was not quiet like we requested and it was also relatively small, but it was a very pleasant surprise to find a bottle of champagne in the room :)

There was no one at the desk, the same person was looking after the bar as well, it was late so that was understandable.

For a 3* Hotel the room and services was good. The breakfast room not in a good state of repair. The breakfast was poor.

I did booked a taxi through the Hotel and asked very clear to be able to pay with the Corporate card , unfortunately the Taxi didn't accept card.......

well ,I booked a single Room and it was very small and in the room was very dark even with the two light .....unfortnately I had to book a business trip in 2 days and that was the only hotel available ....but for the price paid probably you aspect a little bit better .....even if it is only for pleasure and not for business reason..

I did asked to call me in the early morning as I had to live for another meeting in Naples,but nobody called ....fortunately I had my clock.....but this happen almost in all the hotel as they have an automatic system but it never work...

The restaurant is located in the ground floor ...and is very small and give a very sad sensation ...the hotel out side is nice but probably need some internal redecoration as for the price you pay there are better Hotel indeed
