  Check-in: from 11.30 am. Check-out: before 11.00 am
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per accommodation.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, Spanish and French.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have 3 quiet and romantic rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Nearly all the rooms are with balcony.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room has a satellite colour TV with CNN and some German and Spanish channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes - at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Inside the Central Railway Station TERMINI (300 metres or 7 minutes walking distance).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumincino about 35 km. 45 minutes by taxi - 30 minutes by train from Termini main railways station to airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No but we can arrange for fixed price taxis. Please contact reception services regarding this service.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rome's main rail terminus, Termini is 300 metres from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  50 metres.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No but there is a breakfast area.
