We took a private taxi from the airport and were dropped off at the door. Hotel staff was quick to help us store our luggage until checkin time and allow us to begin our visit to Rome immediately. Great service!

The service & the staff were good & healpful the accomodations however were less than of a 3 star hotel. The old elevator that one had to switch from the first floor to reach the 3rd & 5th floors was in disrepair and had periodic disfunction.
