• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast served from 7am to 10 am included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors in total and we do have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet and romantic, especially the suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 2 rooms do.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV but with national channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is free of charge and individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a garage (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  There is a car rental close to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  FCO Leonardo Da Vinci airport 35 km, Ciampino 20 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do upon request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza dei Cinquecento (200 metres).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (200 metres).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini station (both A and B lines), 200 metres far from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but the area is plenty of good restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
