I found it a little confusing the first time having to ring a bell to get the main door to open as we arrived in the evening and then having another locked door and then a elevator ride to the fourth floor reception. I think it would be valuable to mention this on the website when giving directions.

The property once you fingure out how to get to it and get to your room, was very comfortable. Breakfast was very plain not much to choose from. The cost and location made up for the shortfalls though as it is very close to the spanish steps, not far from the underground and buses and a walking distance to many of the main sites.

I would say that it was a good spot for location and price considering it is surrounded by more expensive accomodations and close to major attractions, easily reached by foot or public transport. I would tell them detailed information on how to find the hotel as the name is not hanging on the building and you have a bit of a maze to get to reception, especially if you arrive in the evening. The rooms are spacious but very simple and be prepared if you like a big breakfast to bring some of your own food, or look elsewhere.

I wasn't prepared to find that the lobby for the hotel was on the 4th floor. I have stayed in hotels that have had their lobbies on upper floors so I knew what to do. However it might be confusing for a new traveler. A explanation would be helpful.

The breakfast was not that good. I would have liked a selection of cereals and fruit.
I was very pleased with the neighborhood and how close it was to restaurants and tourist sites.

When we got off the bus at Termini we got a taxi to the hotel. The taxi driver wanted to charge us €40 for the short journey. He was very rude and we felt very threatened by him but i still refused to give him the money and only gave him a small portion of this. It was a very bad first impression of Rome. However, when we finally got to the hotel it was such a pleasure to have been greeted by such a polite member of staff. He was extremely helpful and gave us a map of the cityand advised us on different routes to take in order to maximise what we say. We were extremely happy with the hotel staff, services and its location.

The hotel staff was very helpful and professional. The location was very good, close to most of the sights. The room was clean and the ameneties fine. The breakfast, compared to other hotels, was somewhat below average (good coffee).

The bedroom and bathroom were relatively small but clean and very quiet which we really appreciated after a day touring Rome. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and advised us about public transport and places to visit. They also recommended very good restaurants in the near vacinity which weren't to expensive. Breakfast,typical Italian but did get a super coffee and although the waitress was very efficient she wasn't very friendly.

Continental breakfast very good. Made to order espresso by an attendant!
Rooms are small and dated furnishings. Need a touch-up. Although the location is superb and the rates very reasonable vs. other Rome properties.

We took a bus from the airport then a taxi from Terminus, so easy to find the hotel. Reception staff varied. Some quite friendly, one in particular a bit moody and obviously found it difficult to smile!

Hotel was in a very good location and would have been quiet (in terms of locality) but they were having work done therefore once it got to around 8am the builders were at work. No real problem as we werent planning on laying in bed, but it may have bothered some guests.

Good choice of places to eat and shop within a few minutes of the hotel.

It would be helpful to know in advance that I must be buzzed in every time I enter the hotel and that I must surrender my room key to the front desk everytime I go out. Luckily, someone was ALWAYS at the front desk so I never had to wait.

The bed cover appeared soiled, but the underlying sheets were clean. No pillows were available but luckily I had my own! (if I didn't have it, though, I would have been very upset). Also, they didn't offer the laundry service advertised on the site - they claimed that the person responsible was sick.

It may be possible to find a nicer hotel for 100Euros/night, but I'm not sure. ALthough the accomodations were small and fell a little below my expectations, it was in a nice location and the staff was friendly. I was happy with the shower facilities, but bring your own toiletries and a washcloth.

Reception staff were excellent in helping to get my daughter's mobile phone in the taxi that we took from the Termini to the Hotel. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

except we had 2 separate beds instead of the double bed. we asked every day (3 nights stay) for them to make a single bed. They wrote it down and... nothing happened.

I was looking for a hotel with a front door and had difficulty locating. Wasn't expecting it to be in the depths of an appartment with just a door bell sign!

Choose the hotel because of the private garage but this was not correct - they just have an arrangement with a local car park. As it happened I was able to park on the road near the hotel (considerably cheaper).

hotel very noisey rooms small no drawer space in hotel room had to keep cloths in suitcase no internet access as stated. breakfast poor breakfast room very small and over crowded wont be staying in this hotel again quite near to lap dancing clubs in area.
