• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  It depends on the prices listed on the bookings page. Anyway if the breakfast is included, is a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are on the fourth floor of the building and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not the terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, some non smoking rooms are available.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a television in all rooms without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Every room has a telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, it is available in all rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, there is not an internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a special agreement with a garage near the hotel (25/30 Eur per day).

  Direclty at the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange it on request.

• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest one is Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest stop is Piazza Barnerini(red line, A, direction to Battistini).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not a fitness centre in the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not a restaurant in the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
