• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Double Room Single Use, Double Room Standard, Triple Room Standard, Quadruple Room Standard, Large Room Standard, Check In from 2pm until 10am, Check Out before middayApartment Benedictus Studio, Apartment Coliseum, Check In from 10am until 9pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast included in the price for the rooms; regarding apartments, they offer self-catering service so the breakfast is not available.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors, we are set on the second and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, especially the rooms overlooking the courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, it is seasonal and included in the rates.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Both Ciampino and Fiumicino airport are at approx. 30 km far from us.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can provide prior arrangement (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Cavour, 100 meters far from us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Cavour (line B).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
