- At what time can we check-in and out?
All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 10am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The quoted prices are per room, per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Continental breakfast is included in the price (croissant, toasted bread, butter, honey, jam, bread, milk, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea and fruit juices). - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. However, if you settle the bill on departure day upon check-out, eventual extras will be included with room charges, too.
- Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Multilingual staff speaking Italian, English, German, French and Spanish.
- How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
Hotel Clarin is on the second floor and can be reached by an elevator. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Hotel Clarin is located in a quiet residential area that faces a small and one way street. All rooms are rather quiet and private. However you can specifically require internal rooms facing the in-courtyard of the hotel.
- Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, we do. In case you should prefer a non smoking room please advise us. We will do our best to fulfil your wishes.
- Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
All rooms are equipped with TV (no satellite). - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
All rooms are equipped with direct-dial telephones. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All rooms are equipped with ventilation (fans). No air conditioning. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Hotel Clarin has an Internet point in the reception area. The connection is not included in the room rate. In case you wish to use it, please kindly ask at our reception for keyboard and mouse.
- Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No. - Is parking or garage available?
With pleasure upon arrival we will indicate you a garage close to the Hotel. Rates depend on the size of the car.
- Where can we rent a car?
Cars can be rented at Termini railway station. At Termini station you will find the offices of the most important car rental agencies.
- Which is the nearest airport?
There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the centre of Rome. The International Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci airport is connected by a direct shuttle train, the Leonardo Express, with the main railway station "Termini", which is just 10 minuntes' walk from our Hotel Clarin.
- Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Transfers by private car to and from both airports can be arranged on request. Rates depend on the number of people. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Numerous buses can be easily taken to all places of interest at Via Nazionale bus stop which is located in front of our hotel.
- Which is the nearest railway station?
Termini.
- Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The nearest subway stops is Repubblica. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No. - Are pets welcome?
Only small pets.
- Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No, we only serve breakfast. However with great pleasure we will recommend you various nice restaurants, trattorias and pizzerias in the vicinity of our hotel.
- Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
Yes, you can.
