We enjoyed our stay and booked an additional 4 days when we came back from Ravenna.

Our car was there on time and we arrived at the correct time to check in. No problems.

Free use of internet was a bonus for us.

Most suitable for a stay in Rome. Area has good restaurants nearby and other facilities and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfasts OK as well.

We found the reception staff excetpionally friendly and helpful. They arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport who was extremely well mannered, well dressed and a superb driver !

We felt the Hotel was extremely clean, the bathrooms were lovely and towels and toiletries changed every day. Cleaning staff very friendly.

If I had to make one comment that would be its a little walk to the tourist attractions and with so many cobbled streets sensible shoes are a must !! Fortunately I was prepared so it was fine!!!!

Very friendly and clean. Reception staff extremely helpful, any questions they answered and to those of us whose Italian is not very good, their English was superb !!! I would definitely recommend Camelia to my friends.

Lovely hotel. Accommodation
excellent.Location good. Staff very good.
Elderly relative needed hot water during
the night to make cammomile tea. The fact
that boiling water was not available was a
small problem.

Would recommend as small, tasteful decor and
spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. if we go back we will stay here again.

We changed our reservation as we spent a few days on the Amalfi Coast before returning to Rome and the Hotel Camelia. This seems to have confused the staff and despite making the changes myself in person and over the phone the hotel did not have our reservation when we returned. Luckily there was space for the final night but it was unprofessional and dissapointing to have to re-arange everything.

We really enjoyed the Hotel Camelia and were pleasantly surprised at its cleanliness and cheery atmosphere. However, the internet and keyboard malfunctioned a number of times and one of our reservations was lost. other than that we really were pleased with the quality for the money. The location was pretty good as it was close to Termini and the Republica train stations but in general that meant always taking the train to go out at night which got wearisome. On the flip side we were far from tourists crowds which was one of our intentions. It would have been nice to just walk. In general though quite good!
