• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, buffet breakfast is included in the night accomodation; moreover guests may also have breakfast on the panoramic Roof Garden "Les Etoiles" of our sister Hotel Atlante Star.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French, Spanish and Japanese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 Floors with an elevator.
  
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, moreover all rooms have Jacuzzi bath tub.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, all year and free of charge.

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, it's available a garage (at extra cost).
• Where can we rent a car?
  The reception desk will provide it.

  Fiumicino 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Shuttle service from Fiumicino Airport, free of charge.By previous booking.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest stop is about 30 metres far.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station is about 3 km from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Ottaviano - line A.it's 5 minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
