• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Usually the hotel offering price per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Buffet breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is disposed on four floors, basement inclused ( where the restaurant is) - we do have a lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are some room on/or facing our private interior garden with banana and oranges trees, very quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a small terrace or balcony on the garden side, some room on the garden have space with table just outside.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have some room non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms are equiped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms are equiped with air conditioning, no extra charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Not in the hotel but just outside there are many Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes we do have a private garage available with an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the Hotel asking at the Reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  In Rome two are the main airport, Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci at 30 km - and Ciampino at 20 Km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we do provide a private service from/to the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just outside the hotel, at two minutes walking there is the main Bus stop in town. (Termini Station).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station ( the main in Rome) at two minutes by walk. Around 200 mts.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  On the Termini Station, for both lines A and B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Just some strictly exception, and just for a very small size pet.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes we do have our Restaurant ( Just for Dinner )where our napolitain chef provides for a tipical italian and mediterranean menu with fresh fish. Vegetarian list is also available.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  With your own computer you can connect your modem directly in your room and surfing in internet or checking your e-mail.
