Unfortunately the room we were allocated the first night was unsuitable as there was an unpleasant odour in it. After complaining we were moved to a better room for the last 2 nights. ... Yes we were leaving early at 7am and were not facilitated with an early breakfast or a cup of coffee yet we were charged the full rate. ... A mixed bag.
