• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Sure, you can pay when you prefer during your stay.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  6 floors with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are really quiet, we have also some romantic and private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have.
  
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the apartments have telephone and TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes it is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There's conditioned air without additional charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We don't have parking, anyway you can find parkings close to the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Close to our Hotel, there is a rent car office.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Approximately 35 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we don't, but we can book it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the hotel tehere are many bus stops.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  With the underground, 2 stops.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The stop is barberini.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Some room have a bath.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they aren't.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there isn't.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You cannot connect your modem but there is direct access to the internet via the TV and a keyboard which is provided in each room.
