• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, including continental breakfast, service, taxes, air conditioning.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do serve a continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you desire. Otherwise you can do it at the check-out. We accept all credit cards.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our staff speak Italian, English and French fluently.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two bildings of 4th floor and each one has is own elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have some quiet rooms facing a courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We do have just 1 double room and 2 single rooms with a small balcony.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We do have just 1 double room and 2 single rooms with a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms are with TV with some international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are with air conditioning and the cost is included in the price. Air conditioning is individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have parking but we can give direction where to find a private garage close to our Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All the major companies are at Termini station 20 minutes far from us. Ask the reception.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino airport are both located at the same distance far from us (20/30 Km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes. We will be pleased to organize a tranfer from/to the airport at extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Argentina square is the nearest bus-stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Colosseo undergound is the closest metro stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not. But there is a bar.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
