OK place to stay if you need a room nean the Airport

We needed someone to carry our 2 suitcases up the stairs. Another tourist helped us. but I would prefer a hotel employee to be present and help us. We had requested that service. (medical reasons we need help)
The room was as requested but again, up the elevator and there were more stairs down. We requested ground floor. So, we asked the painter to help us, since he was around. He was great!
The hotel shuttle was never mentioned. we arrived and took a taxi. The ride was 17,50 Euros, the driver, insisted we pay 25.00 euros. On the way back to the airport we took the shuttle, which was arranged by the reception. It was fast and the driver was very helpful, cost was reasonable.
On check out we had to pay cash, since the credit card machine was broken.
Otherwise all was well.

A very Clean, friendly, has all one needs, hotel except help with luggage.
