• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, including continental breakfast, service, taxes, air conditioning and free use of internet.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The continental breakfast is included in the price. The brekfast is served from 6.30am to 9.30am.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, payment is required upon arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French are spoken by our staff at the reception desk.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors with elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet rooms. The Hotel Riviera is located in a quiet area near the Tirreno sea.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not, but there is a shared big terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Tv in all rooms with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are.
  
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, in every room there is air conditioning and central heating. They are included in the price of the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not, but nearby the hotel there is a pubblic swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Fiumicino Airport there are a lot of rental car points. Our staff will assist you to rent a car.
• Are there grocery stores or supermarkets in the surroundings?
  There is a supermarket nearby the hotel. Near Fiumicino, there is a big shopping centre (200 shops-restaurant-bar-cinema).

  Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport is the nearest one.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, wed do a pickup service, on request, from/to: Leonardo da Vinci Airport Fiumicino, Nuova Fiera di Roma, Scavi di Ostia Antica, Rome center, big shopping center (Parco Leonardo).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is: bus N° 4/A, only 100 mt from the hotel, Via Visintini stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  In the Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport, there is train station from/to Roma Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Fiumicino Airport and there is our pickup service at your disposal (10 minutes).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are welcome, but only on request and small size.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not a restaurant in the property, but there are a lot of restaraunt-pizzeria nearby the hotel.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
