• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Italian breakfast is not included in the price of the room and it offers: croissant, juices, coffee, cappuccino, tea.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The family staff speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are two floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are private, quite and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have some both smoking and no-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All rooms have coulour Tv with Italian channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All rooms have direct dial telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air condition included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have Internet dial connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the Ciampino Airport or you can ask information to our staff inside the property.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ciampino Airport, 2,5 Km away. It is 5 minutes by car or by bus.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, there is a free shuttle service to Ciampino Airport, from 8:00am to 7:30pm (according to car availability)
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is 50 meters away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Ciampino, 100 meters away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is ANAGNINA, and it is 5 Km away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is not a restaurant in the property, but the central hotel location offers a lot of fine Italian restaurants: typical Roman Trattorias, Pizzerie and Ethnic Cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
