• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the price includes continental breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building, there are four floors and the lift works from ground to the third floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  There are quiet, private and romantic rooms and we can offer a suite as well.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Three of the superior rooms have got a very panoramic terrace with a view on domes of Rome.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The superior and deluxe rooms have got a little balcony with panoramic view.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  The rooms are all equipped with tv satellite with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  The rooms are all equipment with direct telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  The rooms are all equipment with air conditioning with any charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  The rooms are all equipped with internet connection with any charge, moreover we have a common internet point in reading room.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We are sorry but we dont have a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We are sorry but we dont have a garage available, but we recommend you to leave the car to the Villa Borghese parking at only 10 minutes from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The most easier is to the Airport. Nearby to the Hotel there are many rent a car office but they are more expensive.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport is the nearest about 30 km, but Ciampino Airport is only 5 kms more.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a very excellent service as pick-up from and to the airport,we give you a private limousine.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is at only 20 meters from the Hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway is Termini station at only few minutes from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Flaminio (200 meters) or Spagna (250 meters). The underground is the red line, line A, and it is possible to take it from Termini station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, we dont have a fitness center in the property.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, we are sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, we dont have restaurant but at only 30 meters we are able to recommed you a fan-shaped of the best tipical restaurant and pizzerias.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect the modem from the room.
