We were made very welcome by Joseph on arrival and meet with Angela and Sabrina who would be taking care of our rooms. The welcome including a glass of Champagne for the adults and soft drinks for the children which was totally unexpected but very pleasing.

Joseph advised us where to have the breakfast we required and went with us to arrange for the 3 days. This was most helpful and the food was exactly what we needed. The mini-bus arranged for us arrived on time and was very comfortable and got us to the airport on the day of departure in plenty of time. All in all our trip to Rome was very enjoyable and we have very pleasant memories of our stay. Our reason for the trip was my sons wedding and the friendliness of the staff made it very special.

Joseph was very professional but extremely helpful and pleasant. His English is perfect and this was a great help and we have little Italian. Hopefully the next time we go to Italy we will be able to converse in Italian.

There are plenty of place nearby to eat and the cost is reasonable and service excellent

mix up over number of days stay required, but this was v helpfully sorted out by the staff, who found alternative (v good) accom across the road for our last day - no problem with this.

The gentleman who welcomed us was extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the staff were very happy to help us out with anything we needed.

All the checkout documents had been prepared well in advance of our departure which helped to ensure that we were well on time for the bus to the airport.

The proprietor spoke excellent English which was extremely helpful for us. This may be of interest to visitors from the UK and USA with poor language skills like myself!
It would be useful to include some details on which stairway to use on entering the main building. Other companies in the building said that they often have to redirect people looking for the right entrance for B&B Holiday Rome.

Clean, comfortable accommodation in an excellent location, run by courteous and friendly staff.
I would certainly stay there again in the future.

This is one of the best places we've ever stayed for the price. The location was very convenient and the room was very nice, extremely clean and very comfortable. The concierge was very helpful and the breakfast room service was great.
Nice room and nice bathroom with american style shower a definite plus.
We will recommend this B&B to all of our friends and family. Great place to stay when in Rome!!

we were made very welcome on our arrival, allowed to leave our bags as we were rather early in the morning and also invited to use toilet facilities before we went to explore the city.

Unser Aufenhalt/Juni 2006 im B&B Holiday Rome war vorzüglich. Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus in guter Umgebung, schönes Zimmer/Bad mit Blick zum bepflanzten Innenhof, tägl. Wäschewechsel, Reinigung, hervorragendes Frühstücksbüffet im gegenüberliegenden Bistro/Restaurant im Jugendstilambiente, gute Ausgangslage zu fast allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und ein Danke an den liebenswürdigen und sehr aufmerksamen Besitzer 'Mr. Joseph' & Team

Everything was o.k.. The fridge was not really cold - thats it.

Very clean, spacefull, polite staff, quite, in good direction to visit Rome, good breakfast- we get enough bread, marmelade, really good coffee with hot milk...
The only point is, that we had a spacefull room, but the room in front has no windows, only the sleeping room.

The room is very clean and feels new, good closet space, comfortable beds, writing table and chairs, very much like a standard hotel room, only much better than average. The breakfast is basic but it's good for the price and the room service. Staff is always friendly and smiling, specially the hotel manager, very informative and has been great help for us while planing the daily tour. He also booked museum tour for us according to our schedule, which is greatly appreciated since we don't speak Italian, if I had to do it myself on the phone I might have chosen not go since it's a bit out of the way and we had tight schedule. Turned out, it--Borghese Gallery--is well worthy the time and trip, we enjoy the museum tour very much. Very glad that we did it and that Mr. Joseph was able to reserve the tour for us! Mr. Joseph also lent me an alarm clock when he knew that we needed to check out before 7am in the morning. Over all it's truely what I was looking for in bed & breakfast experience: good standard facility and service, plus homey and personal touch.
