• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price, we offer a continental breakfast (croissants, jam, coffee, cappuccino, orange juice...)
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Our international staff speaks English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our rooms are on the 1st and on the 2nd floor and we have a lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have quiet, private and romantic rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All of our rooms are provided with linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, we do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  We have only 2 rooms with a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Some of our rooms are non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All of our rooms have TV, some rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All of our rooms have a telephone without direct dialling.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Some of our rooms have air conditioning and there is no extra charge for it.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, we do not.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have no Internet point in our Property but there is one
  at 2 minutes walking from the hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  We have no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  You can find 3 different garages at 3 minutes walking from the hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at Termini Station just 5 minutes walking from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ciampino airport at 18 km, but, the most important airport is Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci at 35 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a shuttle service from/to Fiumicino airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is situated in Piazza indipendenza,
  2 minutes walking from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini Station, that is
  situated at 5 minutes walking from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop is Castro Pretorio, at 2 minutes walking from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do not have a fitness center in our Property.
• Are pets welcome?
  We do not accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is no restaurant in our Property but there are several nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
