• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, included italian breakfast, taxes, cleaning room service 24/24 and air conditioning in each room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is included in the price. We serve italian breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We generally require the payment at the check in. Although we accept credit card and it is required to guarantee the room, we prefer cash upon check-in.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Federica, who is part of the friendly staff of the Holiday Paradise Roma, speaks 3 languages: Italian, English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 5 floors in all and there is an elevator that is necessary because the Property is located at the second floor of the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The property has three large rooms. Each room is quiet and private, the best thing for people who want spend a romantic sojourn in Rome.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The rooms haven't a terrace but there are 3 large windows that make the rooms very bright.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The rooms haven't a balcony but there are 3 large windows that make the rooms very bright.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a TV in the rooms but unfortunately we haven't satellite or cable TV so there aren't international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  There isn't a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning in the rooms. There isn't an extra charge for this. It isn't seasonal and it's always available. Moreover each room has also a plant of heating, necessary for the cold winter nights.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We haven't an Internet Point in the Property but there is one very close to the structure.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There isn't a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking or garage is not available but there are some garages with fee in the area where you can park your car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in a lot of car rentals nearby the Property. For example, in Via Castro Pretorio there are two.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino airport are both located within easy reach of the Property by public transportation.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a shuttle service from and to the airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino. This service is not included in the price.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is in Via Castro Pretorio (bus 492).and termini (64-70-81).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini (about 300 mt of distance).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The area is supplied by the Underground Line A (red line) and Line B (blu line). The nearest subway stop is Termini. In fact the Property is located very close to Terini Station (about 300 mt of distance).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there isn't a fitness center.
• Are pets welcome?
  Pets aren't welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There isn't a restaurant in the Property but the area is surrounded by many restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You can't connect your modem so you can surf the Internet from your room.
