Quite good for a hotel in rome, but really is not a 4 star hotel in spain. Perhaps in Spain will not be a 3 star hotel

Hotel Napoleon was an excellent choice for my tour of Italy for our Summer vacation with x2 stays 28/07/06 to 31/07/06 and 7/08/06.
I think the only draw back when arriving in Ciampino airport as we did was the transfer to the hotel arriving was no problem as a complimentary transfer was included and available but on our return we had no option but to pay 50 euros to the hotel for a driver to take us to Ciampino airport.
I was aware of an airport transport but with suitcases etc. maybe this is an area that could be looked at. Regards....Margaret Davies

We had been told there would be a welcome breakfast basket/Fruit and a drink but we did not get any of this.

We were very pleased with out stay at Hotel Napoleon.

I would highly recommend it; it’s ideally located and the metro station is right outside which is excellent for going about

We have come to the conclusion that european countries rate their accomodation quite differently to us in Ireland. The Napoleon was a 4* hotel but we found this in fact is the equivelant to an average B&B at home.The rooms were disapointing.

It should be made obvious to customers that Countries rate their hotels, b&b's differently so at least the customer is forewarned.

The room was at the back of the hotel where there was a fan that ran for a large part of the night. I wouldn't expect noise like this in a 4 star hotel.

A good hotel, in a good location but would advise people to specify a room in at the front.

I could not plug in anything electrical such as a coffee maker or curling iron even using a step down transformer.

I would not recomend but only because of the electrical problems.
