• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  The price is per apartment.

  No, it is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartmet is at first floor and we do have an elavator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are quiet rooms.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, it does have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not, but we can supply a mobile on request with a recarghable card.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is, but at an extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not have.

  Yes, a public garage is available.

  Hertz in Via Ostiense, 71/E or Avis in Circ.ne Giannicolense.

  Fiumicino or Ciampino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do have on request and at an extra charge.

  Yes, there are in the street.
