The location of this hotel is fabulous! We didn't use the train or bus system after we checked in. It's walking distance to everything. You would never know it was a hotel from the appearance of the outside. It looks like an office building but once in, we were extremely pleased. The beds were comfy & the jacuzzi tub perfect for soaking tired muscles after walking to all the sites.

The room was just accross from teh reception and I was awoken early by the noises of the reception. They should have a better insulation, also from the other rooms, of which I could hear every word and else....

Name of H2000 Roma is not mentioned outside, is inside a hallway, one should look for the street number. Simple continental breakfast in the room.

HAD TO CHANGE ROOM HALF WAY THROUGH THE STAY BUT IT WAS ALL EXPLAINED AND THEY WERE VERY APOLOGITIC ABOUT IT.
THEY ORGANISED SOME FLOWRS IN THE ROOM AS REQUESTED AND BOOKED A NICE RESTAURANT FOR US AGAIN AS REQUESTED.

Very good location hotel in the centre of Rome. Easy access from the train station and close to a lot of sites and restaurants.
Comfortable accomodation but not very spacious. The choice of food for breakfast is pretty limited but nice.

The location was great, finding it due to the fact that we had a car took over two hours! Directions need to my be discriptive.
The girl on reception was very helpful when we arrived, organised for the car to be picked up.
The breakfast was not good, I think it would be better if they didn't bother, plenty of nice places to eat and drink near by!

The building has no signs and the number can barely be seen. It was difficult even for our taxi drivers to find it.

Very good location. Minutes from Fontana de Trevi and close to taxi stands (Piazza Barberini), bus stops and subway station. Hotel services are marginal but basically if you are going to be out all day and only sleep at the hotel this is a great location.

The Hotel name is not on the outside of the Hotel, but we already knew this from the website. The photos of the outside of the building on the website were really helpful and we had no problems finding the hotel by looking up the road name on a map.
We had to go into a triple room for the first night as the people in our room had decided to stay an extra night, but the room was larger so we didn't mind (except about the window, see below), and the move to our double room was very smooth.

First floor street facing room (triple room) only had window from knee height to floor due to new floor levels in an old building, felt very claustrophobic. However window area beautifully dressed and this may not bother other people as much as it bothered me!

No communal seating/waiting areas.
Great shower!
Very close to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps, in a good clothes- and shoe-shopping area.
Busy road outside but good sound-proof double-glazing and good air-conditioning.

No double room available - were given twin for first two nights, then moved to a double.

Negative - breakfast is very poor. Room service only which is okay. Cereals are standard on their menu but we had to request them, then they arrived in packets without plates - we used cups or glasses for eat our breakfast.

All in all it was very good, with the exception of the breakfasts, they were exceptionally bad, dry cornflakes, and if you wanted milk, you need to pay an extra 1 euro, we were very disipointed with the breakfasts, but happy with the room and central location.

It was a very nice hotel for the money. We tried to cancel another hotel in order to stay at H2000 Roma for the rest of our time in Rome. Unfortunately there weren't any rooms available for the rest of our stay. Great location!

Very nice property we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect within easy walking distance to several tourist areas and very close to the subway. Would happily stay at the Roma H2000 again.

I would not described as spacious, however for a triple occupancy it was good. It was a little noisy in the evening - between 2200 and 2359.
Overall we were very satisfied.

Regarding #4.. it was not a bad room at all... but the confirmation of our reservation indicated we would have a triple room with a jaccuzzi in the bathroom, and we had a double-size room with an extra cot and no jaccuzzi. So our expectations were set high and then not met 100%. But otherwise, the room itself was very nice.

It was great - the only exception being about the size of the room for 3 travelers and the missing jaccuzzi. We really liked the location, the furnishings, the thorough cleaning service, the breakfast service, and the terrific assistance of Fernando the concierge.

Breakfast was slightly confusing having not been used to this bed and breakfast arrangement within the room before. on breakfast delivery, if cereal was chosen, no separate dish for cereal was given but we were expected to use our coffee cup !! and on 2nd day, no milk provided for cereal.

H2000 Roma was more modern than I had expected, our room was cleaned everyday, fresh towels, etc. I was aware before we arrived there that there was no seperate breakfast room, and it was really bed and breakfast in the one room! I felt the breakfast was very basic but all in all I would recommend this hotel, and would return again myself.

The hotel is situated in a good location. Few steps to Metro station Barberini. Walking distances to Fontana di Trevi, Piazza della Rotonda, Piazza Navoa and Piazza di Spagna.
Staff are nice and helpful. Room is clean and quiet, but a little bit smaller than the photos shown on Internet. On the whole, I enjoyed to stay at H 2000 Roma and love to recommend it to my friends who stay at Rome.

Due to it being a protected building there was no clear sign outside - which is fine but it would have been easier if we had been advised of this first - as we kept looking for some sort of indication of H2000 Roma - but we do appreciate the necessity to protect old buildings.

Just that it is not clearly signed from the street as with most hotels etc. As the address format is unlike the UK we had not appreciated that 16 at the end meant it was no. 16 on that street - just a small help in finding the place.

Conveniently located for the Metro and walking distance from many sights and good restaurants. Adequate accomodation for touring Rome in winter. Great jacuzzi bath.

Good central location in a nice area within walking distance to all major tourist sites.
Clean and tidy with especially nice bathrooms.
The rooms while smart are a little on the small side and quite dark.

There are no common areas such as a lobby. We didn't want this but some people may. Also there is no restaurant and the room served breakfast was very modest although this is not uncommon in Italy

in the voucher it was mentioned on sauna and jacuzzi - however there was only a shower (and not very good one - water did not come out very well).

We ordered a taxi from the hotel to take us to the airport, and a fixed sum was agreed on (with the hotel personnel). When we arrived at the airport, taxi driver insisted on more money than agreed on - we had to pay little extra.

There is no real outward sign that the door is to the hotel. This needs to be made more clear in the directions as it is easy to walk past the hotel.

Only complaint would be that the breakfast really is quite poor probably due to lack of space in hotel (served in room) and therefore was no real choice. Room was comfortable and nice design etc although a little on the small side.

Directions to the hotel could be improved.
From airport to Termini and from Termini to the specific subway stop were both very clear.
However, from subway stop to hotel, directions were insufficient. The subway stop was at a plaza, so there were multiple streets to choose from (5?) and the streets are NOT well marked and change names depending on the block. We spent a good 30 minutes getting our bearings (direction-wise and building address/numbering system) and dragging our luggage around trying to figure out which street was the right one. Once we found the correct street, the H 2000 Roma was NOT well marked (just a door).

The room was clean, but small (which was fine, it just wasn't presented that way online).
Our room was on the first floor and our window faced the main road...it was very noisy at night.
Online there was some indication that 'some' rooms had jacuzzi tubs in the room...we didn't even have a tub...just a shower. We weren't given an option of requesting a tub online. If there are different options with rooms, we should be given the opportunity to request those amenities.

Location was convenient, room was clean, service was good. For Rome (expensive compared to other Italian/European cities), it was a relatively decent value.

The room was very small (bathroom was nice size with hair dryer), but clean and sufficient for brief stays. Good service from staff (although communication in English was a bit challenging at times). Breakfast (croissant or cereal and coffee) is delivered to room each morning at a requested time. Request a room away from the road, as it can get noisy at night. Unable to use calling cards with the phone.

There is no sign on the buidling saying that there is a hotel inside.
We had to make several rounds with our driver until we just walked to the building according to the number and saw the name on the intercom.

Saying that breakfast is included and then giving a breakfast that consists of a crouison and some serials is not serious.

The fact that it's not really a hotel but some rooms in an ugly building...
people should know what to expect when they come.

I had a small issue with the phone bill which was not explained and seemed to have been charged according to no rule at all. Also, the receipt I received for the stay did not seem to be a standard procedure in the hotel so it did cause some problems. It was manually filled in and again, gave the sensation of it being more part of a guessing game than a real thing.

Well located, relatively good value for money. Don't use the phone in the bedroom as it will certainly be more costly than your own mobile phone from abroad! If you need receipt, try to tell them in advance as this does not seem to be a standard procedure.

I had booked this accommodation mainly because I wanted a room with jacuzzi, and both my children and I were very, very disappointed. The jacuzzi was mentioned specifically on my receipt printed from Internet and the only message I got was that there were no rooms with jacuzzi available and that the accomodation was fully booked. I also had to pay the same price for the room even though it was not according to my written receipt

I did not have very high expectations except for the jacuzzi, but I have to say that the room was extremely small for four persons. The quality of the beds were also rather bad. The sofa (extra bed for two) had a 4 cm mattress and the bedboards were falling out several times. There were only two blankets in the room, and we asked for two more. We got one the day we asked, but had to wait for the second until the day after

One day the cleaning of the room was not made when we returned to hotel at 13.30. It was done after we went out again after 15.00. When we came back three hours later, we realised that the personally modified tooth appliance for the night use of my daughter which she had placed in a disposable water glass on the bedside table had disappeared. We immediately alarmed the receptionist, and after a while he came with the disposable glass and the valuable tooth appliance. Whether he had retrieved it from the litterbin, we do not know, but it was utterly important to get it back.

The prearranged taxi for the airport was there on time, but the breakfast was ready five minutes too late, so we missed the cappucino.

Wall-to-wall-carpeting and the pillow made it a bit difficult to breath (we could have checked the carpeting in advance but did not).
