• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 10am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In our building we have three floors and we have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, both. All rooms have direct telephone and TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  We have air conditioning, it's free and no seasonal.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes. Car parking facilities are available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Directly at the Hotel. It is also possible to rent a car at the central railway station "Termini" or Fiumicino/Ciampino Airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 45-60 minutes by car.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes we have.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Bus 53 to Piazza di Spagna.
  
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 15 mimutes by bus.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  About 20 mimutes on foot.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
