  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.

  Price is per room.

  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is located in the first floor of the building and there is an elevator our guests can use.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, sorry.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, sorry.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is satellite television.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditiong is available in all our rooms and there is not extra charge for this service.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have and also we offer WI FI wireless internet connection all around our hotel.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We do not have a parking, but we have an agreement with a nearby garage at special price for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  All major rental car companies are near the Hotel.

  Fiumicino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we have upon request.
