• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check out is 12:00 am however, if you have a late departure, you may store your bags at the reception.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Taxes, service, and breakfast are included in the room rates.
  
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have rooms in three floors and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have rooms off the street and rooms facing the street. All rooms are soundproofed and the general ambience of the rooms is private and intimate. If you are celebrating a special occasion, such as anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, please let us know.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not, but we have our roof-terrace where you can enjoy an amazing view of the Colosseum, or sip a Martini overlooking the magic of Old Rome at sunset.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have a Satellite TV with international channels in all our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have A/C at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We do have an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have a garage close to the Hotel and the price is 25 Euro per night.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The nearest rent a car office is in the main Train Station "Roma Termini".
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Ciampino (34 km), but Fiumicino is not that far (54 km). They are both very well connected with the city centre.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not, but there is public trasportation and taxis from all the airports to the city centre.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Colosseo.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Rome's Central Station, that is called Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground station is Colosseo and it is only five minutes walking from the Hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry, but we do not take pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, you can have dinner overlooking the magic of Old Rome at sunset.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
