• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a continental breakfast is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is on the 1st. floor and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Some romantic and quiet rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  One of the superior rooms faces the courtyard and is quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Each room is provided with satellite TV and telephone.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air-conditioning in most of the rooms and it is available at an extra charge per day.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but in emergency one can send an e-mail from our computer in the quiet hours.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not on our premises but we have an allotment of 6 places, in a garage near the hotel (on payment). There is aso another public garage just 1 min. from us.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception or there are car rental offices just 2 mins. from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Approximately 40 Km, about 1 hour with public transportation, 40 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but we can arrange a pick-up service from and to the airport. We can arrange a pick-up service from and to the airport
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Via Nazional just 2 seconds. from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station, just 7 mins. walking distance away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Metro Republica only 2 mins. from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
