The room was really loud, it was right next to the reseption room and we could hear everything out there, even the background radio perfectly. It woke us up in the morning and kept us up late at night.

The hotel really could do with a clearer sign to highlight where it is as we walked past it 4 times!! Once we we're there the staff we're keen to direct us to all the tourist attractions and we're happy to answer all our questions enthusiastically.

The room was exceptionally clean, attended to each day and the air conditioning at (no extra charge!) was very welcome. Could have done with some tea/coffee facilities in the room as well as an english speaking TV station.

Their credit card machine packed up when we we're leaving which was frustrating as I had to go and find a cash point to get €407 out in the middle of the night! But that said, it really was good value for money.

The fact that this is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and was so close to everything was a big plus for us, you should use this as a selling point more than you do!

It really did tick all the boxes for us, nobody can have a 10 out of 10 as that means they can never get better so for that reason alone I'd have to give hotel Giuggioli an 8.5 out of 10! When we go back to Rome I'll not waste my time looking on internet for another apartment, I'll book this place.

This place is well positioned for a walking stay in Rome. Quiet, convenient, with shopping and restaurants off the tourist circuit. Rooms are small, but how much room do you really need for a weekend?

Discount for cash, but if you are getting money out of machine, you could get stung by 'out of country' additional fees which eat into any discount!

NOt well sign-posted, and there are a few other 'hotels' in the same building. First floor, rooms with little balconies, 3 min walk to Vatican. Quiet. Close to 2 metro stations. Lovely breakfast. Luggage held for you. Can oranise a shuttle to the airport(s.

A small, quiet hotel in a good location- walking distance to the metro and to Vatican City! Very clean and comfortable. I was very impressed. It was a great value!

We were v. happy w/ the accomodations. Thank you. My only negative comment is that we signed for a triple bedroom and the room was really a double w/ a single bed squeezed in so it was v. cramped. But again to stress we were v. happy and would recommend you to others.

Great location, quiet street, near Metro, very accessible to all the tourist attractions on foot or by Metro. Clean, good service. Good price

the rooms are very small- especially the bathrooms! The toilet is practically in the shower. Also there were no shelves in the bathroom for products and the only place to put clothes is on hangers in the closet. Could have used a dresser of some sort. but the hotel was decorated very well and was very clean!

Modern and accomodating bed and breakfast. Good breakfast and concierge recommendations for dinner and travel. Only complaint is the small size of the room and the lack of storage for clothing.

Older woman,presumably mother,was a bit
overbearing. Ran up to us in corridor to tell us to be quiet one night and we were just saying goodnight to our parents!
Also as we were leaving in taxi,roared out
window of hotel to know where keys were. We had left them in the door of our room.

Only suitable for sleeping not socialising!

When we checked in they gave us a room that was not like the one that we saw on the web site. It was not as nice or well kept and the air conditioner did not work. The same night we checked-in we went back down to the reception area and complained and they gave us a different room. It was on another floor (same floor as the reception desk). This floor and the room were completely remodeled and had a brand new airconditioner. This room did look like the pictures that we saw on the web.

Not all rooms are remodeled and redecorated. Also, not all rooms have a working AC.
