• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast served on the table is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Bill must be settled on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors provided with an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All of our rooms are very quiet, silent and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  None of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only 3 rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Tv in all rooms, but only with Italian Channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Air conditioning in all rooms included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Private parking in the vicinity.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the Reception Desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Lepanto.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Lepanto.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, just a breakfast room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
