• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In any time until 3pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included, but you will find a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge...
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you have to pay on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak Italian and good English, plus some Spanish, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 7 floors and the Girasolereale City is at the last floor and we do have an elevetor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is very nice and quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartment does have a nice terrace with view on Rome.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, it does not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We do have a non smoking apartment.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is TV with cable plus dvd.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning and there is no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a living room with table for a pleasant dinner.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but in front of the apartment, there is an Internet point.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  A garage is available two blocks away, at an extra charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  The "rent a car" agencies are located in the international airport or in the center.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 20 km from the center of Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We offer a shuttle service to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of people and amount of baggage.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is Via Ostiense.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Ostiense.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Girasolereale City is about 5 minutes walk from Piramide metro stop.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the bathroom there is Jacuzzi.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
