• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 1pm until 7pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included, the apartments are self catering.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German, French and off course Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 9 floors with a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the apartments are quiet and private.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without extracharge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, in every apartment there is a large and comfortable living room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, wireless connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, garage on request.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport or at the railway station or in different points of the city.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino and Ciampino airports.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In front of the Residence.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  San Giovanni.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  On request.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes next to the building with buffet restaurant and Pizzeria.
  
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
