Very nice good Foyer and freindly helpfull staff ... THe hotel was clean and exactly what i expected staff very frinedly and helpfull rooms fine though the Airconditioning nor fridge worked in our room.
It is quite far from The VAtican we were in a car so no problem but the website would make you beloeve that it was a short distance from the VAtican which it is not but generally very good value and what was wanted and expected . ... That it is a fair trek into the VAtican ... Very good value

We had a taxi arranged by Dora (the activities coordinator)and he was very rude when he picked us up.Had very little patience with us (and we were on time).He didn't want to help with the luggage finally taking the 2 smallest pieces and had my 83 year old mother pull the other large one.When we arrived at Giotto Hotel they made up for the Taxi driver by being very welcoming and helpful. ... They continued to be helpful with info on restaurants,taxi,and tours ... Dora was very helpful with getting us train tickets to Genova. She does a very good job keeping one informed pre visit and we couldn't wain to meet her. ... It works ! Good value. Clean Very friendly.
