A good hotel in an ideal location for a first time visit to Rome. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfasts comprehensive ensuring a good start to a days sight seeing. The staff were relaxed, friendly and helpfull and i felt the facilities represented excellent value for money. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

I definitely recommend booking over worldby.com. I will do the same thing in my next travel. I had searched quite a number of online booking services before going to Rome and yours was the best; good hotel, good prices, hassle free reservation... What else could I ask for?! Everything went so smooth. Thanks. ... The maids in the restaurant could improve their attitude towards the customers and to their job. Otherwise I think the hotel is a good value for money. ... Highly recommended.

Great location, a short walking distance from Termini ! ... Small, but convenient room, reasonable to stay in Rome. Some renovation and maintenance would be nice (dust on the wall, waterspots in the bathroom, etc.) Compering to other popular European cities (capitols) it is much more expensive and less 'tidy' as others, but looking at other opportunities in Rome, I believe this is one of the best choices, especially looking at its central location. ... There is a small baggage room, which is a great opportunity to leave your bags in, on the day of your departure. (Security ? I don't know...) ... The description on the WEB site is correct ! (There are a lot of cycle/bike rentals near by, which could probably be a usefull info to the visitors.) ... Do not think about it, based on the 'European' categories, but in Rome this is one of the recommended Hotels to stay! (When you are in Rome, you do not spend too much time in your Hotel anyway...)

Very smooth.... we were expected and dealt with very quickly. ... Great room, staff polite and efficient, location pretty good too. I'd go back there again, with no concerns whatsoever - though my partner was not overjoyed by the continental breakfasts! ... smooth, quick, efficient. ... Had a great room with private garden balcony - excellent! Ask for this for a nicer stay (room 111). ... Good, well worth trying if you're in Rome.

Excellent reception - considering that it was 2.15am and we wanted a drink!
... Convenient position near to station but within walking distance of major attractions. Good eating places within 100yds of hotel Hotel breakfast was bland but adequate No shelves in bathroom for bits and pieces. ... Very efficient and courteous. Allowed to leave bags in TV room after checking out and before catching bus to airport ... An old-fashioned but comfortable place to stay with a welcoming atmosphere.

A nice quiet little hotel with friendly staff. Bar service provided very basic but staff's friendliness makes up for lack of choice. Ideal location, central to all buses, trains and walking for sightseeing.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, the room was clean and had air conditioning which was needed in the heat. The disappointment was the breakfast offered - fairly poor with no fresh fruit juice and awful coffee (which I woudl not have expected in Italy!). ... Well located for walking all over Rome and a good place to use as a base for site seeing - if you are looking for a room with a view and somewhere cosy to hang out then this is not really for you. The hotel room was clean and well decorated and the staff were friendly and dealt with the booking efficiently. If staying there again I would possibly consider eating breakfast out of the hotel as this was rather disappointing.

We didn't see a mini-bar in the room but wouldn't have used it anyway so it didn't matter to us ... The hotel provide a luggage room which is handy when your flight home may be late in the afternoon like ours was. ... An ideal location; reasonably priced for hotels in that area. In a great position for a choice of places to eat and transport to other areas. Room was very small but was clean, so fine for the few days we were there.

Hotel is in dire need of a renovation and cleaning. Our shower had such mold in it, it was totally disgusting. Tiles were falling off the walls, lights had no fixtures around them, just naked bulbs. Sink didn't drain properly. Bed was awful and lumpy. ... Don't stay there.

Even though we arrived early and the hotel was busy we were registered fairly quickly and given our room. ... The staff was friendly and helpful, particularly the afternoon 'shift'. ... We were able to check out in a goodly amount of time. ... A comfortable hotel in a convenient location with helpful, accommodating staff.

Hotel was very 'European', clean, and in a perfect location. Staff was very helpful and helped us get the tours we wanted.
Thanks for your website! ... They were extremely helpful with arranging our taxi to the airport and negotiating a rate for us! ... no, site was clear. ... The hotel met our expectations. The bathroom was a little difficult but the room was generally satisfactory. The hotel itself was charming and clean. We would stay there again.

It was unfortunate that we had the 2nd floor and it was in the front of the building. It was rather noisy that evening and in the early morning. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay. ... Not bad at all

The bed mattresses were in very poor condition - lumpy, sagging in the middle and were in need of replacement. The flower arrangements throughout the hotel were very old, discolored, and terribly dusty. The walls are in need of repainting in the common areas. Overall, the hotel is in need of serious update and cosmetic repair. ... No parking. ... Close to the train station but somewhat dismal in appearance.

We arrived by train to Rome before the official check-in time, but were able to leave our luggage in a little storage room and go out for a while. When we returned, at the stated time, the room they had assigned us was still not ready...we were then put in a different room, but another floor up. ... The elevator is old, slow, and a bit scary...so taking the stairs was a necessity most of the time, and I would have preferred then to be on a lower floor. ... Again we had a train hours after official check out time, but were allowed to leave our luggage in the storage room for the rest of the time we were about in the city. That was a terrific convenience! ... I don't feel that the entire neighborhood of the hotel is all that safe...and certainly when you cross Via Cavour there is a definite line of okay/bad area. I would make sure people know to walk up to Via Cavour at least before heading away from the train station...those 2 or 3 blocks to Principe Amadeo are really scary the further down the sun goes. ... Not the seediest hotel in the neighborhood, but not the nicest either.

The hotel was like any other 3 star hotel in Rome. You get what you pay for. ... 5 €uros had been added to the check-out bill for supposedly made calls. There was no problem to have them removed. ... Close to Termini train/bus station, which is very good for communication in Rome. ... Standard 3 star hotel in Rome.

TripAdvisor has many negative comments about the hotel, but our experience was ok ... Ideal location for sights and Termini, not too noisy (bearing in mind its a city centre), room clean and tidy, breakfast not worth bothering with as not of a good standard

The place and location are very good but the receptionist did not have the proper manners to accomodate and please a customer.
