Owner met us at the airport (for 20 euros extra) - this was very helpful as we arrived at midnight.

We met the owner when we arrived but after that, he left us to it, coming in during the day to tidy up and leaving us coffee and pastries for breakfast the next day (there's a mini fridge and electric ring). So, if you want somewhere clean and quiet without much fuss, this place is great.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Perfect - as long as you're prepared to get the bus into the centre of Rome (takes about 20 mins).

very pleased. michael picked us up at the airport on time, and we arrived at the accommodation by lunchtime. michael give us directions and advice on metro, etc.
the accommodation was very clean and all our needs were provided for.michael left us back to the airport and this made the holiday stress free. thank you for all help

extremely helpful and friendly.

Excellent as long as they were prepared to
stay a distance from the centre of Rome.
However it had the advantage of being close
to the Vatican.

the provider took us from the airport, which helped us very much the first day

the only thing that was not perfect, was someone in the house who looke tv during the night. that was very loud

on the webside we didn't see that we should have to take the bus to reach the city, but it was no problem at any time

While we didn't get the king bed / bath set up in the picture (and guaranteed by the owner in email), we got a decent cot-like bed made up for us in the living area and access to the kitchen -- which we appreciated. While the owner tried to email us about what time we expected to arrive, we were already in the middle of our vacation and didn't receive his request. This made us seek out a telephone to call him to let him know we had arrived. About an hour later we got into the accomodation.

My only really negative comments center around the fact that the apt was split into 2 separate units by a thin accordian-like closet door. It felt like the people in the other unit were right next to us, esp at 5am in the morning as they headed to the airport...well, actually they were!

Michele, the owner, was very helpful in helping us navigate the bus/metro system. His place was very comfortable and clean. He spoke excellent English too. This is great location to access the airport from...about 15-20 minutes by car.

I felt like we were staying in someone's actual house. It was decorated, and furnished very well.
