• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In: Any time but it's important to advise us 3 days in advance.
  Check Out: before midday but you can ask for a different time according to next arrivals. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.

  Price per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, of course.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English Spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Only the ground floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is a private terrace in a wide garden.

  Directly at the airport or, if required, directly by the owner.

  Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Private pickup or shuttle service is available if required (upon extra charge).

  Only 100 meters far from the property.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  It's 'Cornelia' or 'Baldo degli Ubaldi'.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but you can have a meal in the room.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
